Since 2010 Ed O'Connor has been involved with youth sports performance and adult training in Fort Collins, Denver, and South Metro areas.

With extensive experience in youth athletic development, and adult personal training, Ed takes innovative and functional principles to help individuals reach their athletic, health, and overall wellness potential.

With a primary focus being on cultivating adaptations to the demands of sport, exercise, and life.

Earning a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University allowed Ed the opportunity to work with collegiate athletes, along with the general population as a personal trainer. His experience as a three sport athlete in high school, and an athletics career cut short by injury, led him into this profession. Growing up in a small town has reinforced the importance of community, and with the connections in Littleton and a vision for long term athletics success, Ed created Adapt Athletics.

When Ed is not at the gym, he is planning his next trip with his wife Sarah, or enjoying a camping trip with their dog Harley.

Spencer Dailey

Spencer has been involved with sports performance and adult fitness in the Flat Irons and Denver metro area since 2016.

Spencer grew up in Aurora attending Grandview High School where he played football, ultimately having his career cut short by concussions. This is when the love of giving back to the athletes became a reality.

After getting his undergraduate degree with Montana State University and CU Denver, Spencer learned from some of the top coaches in the U.S. such as Mike Boyle, Dan John, Brian Powers, and Loren Landow, and began a career developing a number of youth athletes, JUCO prospects, as well as Division 1, 2, & 3 level athletes from schools such as CU Boulder, West Point, Air Force Academy and University of Nebraska - Lincoln.

With a proven track record and extensive education in elite sports performance, Spencer has the talent and passion to provide the highest level of performance training to athletes in the Denver Metro Area and beyond with the goal of developing each and every athlete to take their game to the highest level possible, as well as develop the athlete’s character, discipline and work ethic that allows them to thrive outside of their athletic career.

Outside of the gym, Spencer enjoys singing and playing in his country band all around the Denver Metro Area and neighboring states, taking trips with his girlfriend Bre, as well as hunting, fishing and being in the great outdoors.
