ED O'CONNOR
Owner
Since 2010 Ed O'Connor has been involved with youth sports performance and adult training in Fort Collins, Denver, and South Metro areas.
With extensive experience in youth athletic development, and adult personal training, Ed takes innovative and functional principles to help individuals reach their athletic, health, and overall wellness potential.
With a primary focus being on cultivating adaptations to the demands of sport, exercise, and life.
Earning a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University allowed Ed the opportunity to work with collegiate athletes, along with the general population as a personal trainer. His experience as a three sport athlete in high school, and an athletics career cut short by injury, led him into this profession. Growing up in a small town has reinforced the importance of community, and with the connections in Littleton and a vision for long term athletics success, Ed created Adapt Athletics.
When Ed is not at the gym, he is planning his next trip with his wife Sarah, or enjoying a camping trip with their dog Harley.
